using this Konnyaku Jelly Powder in place of the traditional Asian agar-agar strips (hairlike strands) for quite some time now...

The powder is super fine and only takes some constant stirring to dissolve completely in boiling water.

I must say Konnyaku jelly is a whole lot different from its agar-agar counterpart:

Texture: Konnyaku is more malleable and harder to break apart. It's soft yet firm at the same time.

We added yuzu juice instead of water and it turned out great! :-)
