Coconut Cream

I am so dissapointed in the Jemz #coconutcream . From this 440ml can I could not even get 150 g of solid #cream the other 2 cans did not even want to separate from the #coconut water after days in the fridge. I will definatelly not buying #coconutcream from this brand again. The little teeny weeny bit of cream was good in the one can, the other 2 was more a coconut milk, which I froze in an ice cube tray for smoothies. I use #coconutcream in my cream cheese recipe. Very decent coconut cream. It was my first time using it... I made mushroom sauce and it was lovely.
