I enjoyed this rainbow slaw salad from BOL today - crunchy with a good ingredient ratios to eat other! The dressing was really nice, and good as a change from standard salads. The salt, fat and sugar content is personally quite high but all are green on the traffic light system apart from the salt which is amber. I like these screw top pots as I can reuse them for salads and leftovers in the future!

One of my favourite ready to eat salads. Pretty expensive but I like it. The dressing is so good and it’s got all my favourite bits (edamame, red pepper etc.). The rice and black beans are a little hard but overall nice.

I'm not much of a salad person so if this looks appealing to you (open on 2nd picture), give it a try :). The like all of the ingredients but the sauce provided with it was just horrible. Some sort of weird off-tasting vinaigrette that coated everything and made a little pool at the bottom. Luckily the sauce comes separately so you can try a little bit first - I didn't sadly😂 I didn't really enjoy eating out of this bowl either but I can appreciate it's helpful for people on the move. A fork is provided also which is a bit of a waste but handy for some I guess.
It was soooooo good. It is much healthier than other food you can buy when in a rush but still tastes really good
