Pesto Rosso

it's quite hard to come by a vegan pesto but this one is amazing and

super affordable as well!! i used it to make a really delicious pasta salad

Rewe Ja! Pesto Rosso is one of my favorite options for a plant-based pesto as

a topping for pasta or bread. I also like the fact that it contains only natural ingredients except for ascorbic and lactic acid which are both harmlessly improving durability.

For those who didn't know: Lactic acid does have an ambiguous name which sounds like it could be animal based (fermentation of cow milk). It can be, but in most cases and in this case it is not. There is also an industrial process based on fermentation of sugar syrup.

Great flavour intensity and well priced, as Ja! products usually are.

Whenever you feel like having a tasty break before lunch or if you are looking

for a quick flavory pasta dressing italian style, this is a great choice. Just try it on roasted bread with some drops of extra virgin olive oil, and you are in for a treat...
