VEGANle brioches confezionate man mano che le trovo al supermercato (📍Aliper), è il primo anno che trovo la loro versione di pandoro/panettone farcito. Morbido, crema molto dolce. Non è artigianale, ma è piaciuto.

the product wasn’t worth the price. The cake portion was more like a cheap bread and had a strong whiff of preservative. The pistachio cream gave me a bizarre tingling sensation on my throat. I had to stop eating it as a result. It reminded me of the Kite Hill brie from a decade ago that had some ingredient in the rind that made my throat feel like it was closing up. They eventually discontinued it because I expect it had the same effect on others. Wouldn’t buy again.
