Maple Syrup Amber

I use maple syrup in almost every recipe to add umami taste. My advice :

always buy maple syrup in a can. It is the best value and taste the same thing (no need of a fancy bottle, you can buy one on the side anyway). Irrésistibles by Metro/Super C is the brand I found that has the most rebates on Maple Syrup.

Used this as a marinade for tempeh. Can't wait to try it in other recipes!
