Non è esattamente il parmigiano veg che preferisco però non è male. Per me ha un retrogusto un po’ dolcino 🫤 in ogni caso è molto comodo da avere in frigo, dura molto se non si contamina
Impressionante quanto il sapore ricordi il Grana!!! Non me lo aspettavo proprio, sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa!! Da usare ogni tanto, comunque un buon prodotto
Quasi 5 stelle. Ottimo e versatile, peccato quel retrogusto amarognolo se mangiato da solo, però sulla pasta o utilizzato come un qualsiasi altro formaggio "vero" la differenza è pressoché inesistente
Pseudo formaggio grana vegetale a base di amidi. Il sapore non ricorda il grana ma piuttosto un simil pecorino. Non é male soprattutto se utilizzato grattugiato o a scaglie su qualcosa,si può mangiare anche a tocchetti,ma da solo il retrogusto é un po'amarognolo. #lazyvegan #granspicchio #formaggiovegan
