Coconut, Lime & Chili Vegan Mayonnaise

This is always nice to go with burgers Or fries Reminds us of the homely taste

This mayonnaise is sour and not the usual sweet one I am used to. The lime gives a very subtle yet distinct flavor. Though chili has been added, it adds more of a color than any spice to the mayonnaise. This mayonnaise contains smoked garlic. I still prefer the original version. Interesting flavour, I got it on clearance sale from Everyday Vegan. It is quite sour because of the lime, more sour than regular mayo. I enjoyed it mixed into tomato sauce pasta. This flavour isn't my favourite, but whatever it is I love mayo. #veganisnotscary 🤍

Yuuuuum. Do yourself a favor! Delicious on sandwiches and I’ve used it as a dip, too.
