Nothing like spaghetti 🍝 and meatballs for a delicious weeknight dinner!! I thought Beyond Meat

meatballs were delicious 😋. These Impossible Foods are maybe equally delicious if not better! Super easy to toast up in the airfryer and then add to pasta with sauce and veggies 🥦! Viola meal in 20 minutes or so! Yes they are #highinfat, #saturatedfat and #highinsodium but check out the 12g of #plantprotein these give and for only 3 meatballs!! Looking forward to trying more products from this brand!

These were fantastic! I made bbq appetizers but I imagine they’d be great on marinara

subs, in pasta, or on their own.

This is one of our go to "meats", and is my SO's favorite beef burger

replacement. We use this for shepherd's pie, spaghetti sauce, meatballs, meat loaf, kababs, and stuffed peppers. Seriously just cook it the same as regular beef, but without the fear of E-coli or other scary things that get ground into beef (you don't want to know).

If making spicy dishes, just mix everything together into the meat. If you need an egg to bind it, use a white powder like corn starch, store-bought egg replacer, or similar to mix with water, but seeds like flax or chia are not good for this type of baking. The liquid eggs like Just and the one that comes in a plastic pouch inside a 4egg carton might work OK. I haven't experimented with those yet.

I was torn between toasting cheese on the bread or melting it on top so

I did both. The meatballs have a pleasant garlic aftertaste. The meatballs are pictured on the package with sauce but there is no sauce in the package. they were pretty good. I didn't notice anything funky about the texture and they made a delicious sandwich. #veganmeatballs #impossiblefoods #veganisnotscary ps - Sprouts is having a buy one, get 1/2 price on impossible foods this week. They also have a coupon through their app.
