You can't go wrong with beans from this brand... I made hummus with them, liberally laced with parsley 😋

I get this brand from my local health food store, really good quality and a wide range of varieties at 1 euro per can. I blitzed these up in the food processor with some olive oil, lemon juice, fresh basil, salt and pepper, and served on toasted bread with roasted tomatoes on the side. A lovely lunch.
