Too realistic! Other than it being really sheet it's exactly like chicken it's creepy! Very good Iceland and worth the 3.50 #rotd

They are from Iceland. They have a whole vegan range. Alternatively there is a company called Oumph who makes pretty much the same thing. They do ones that are already seasoned too! Kebab, ‘ribs’. They have great recipe ideas on their page. For a soy alternative ‘the lazy vegan’ does an amazing pea protein version. Same thing again, strips which can be added to meals but they also do a ‘ready meal’. All the veg and strips in one bag ready to be cooked up. They make my prep life so much easier 

This is so versatile and perfect for a high protein dinner. It’s tasty enough to have on its own too. It has a chewy texture which I love. I’ve literally made every meat based meal that I used to have using this. Pies, jerk, roast dinner. It’s the perfect meat replacement and has been a godsend.

These are a bit too realistic for me! The texture puts me off, they are good protein source though and if you fry them up super crispy then they’re nice #willows

Bought these from Ocado - but obvs  can find them in Iceland (and maybe Asda)

Good sized chunks with a really great texture. Pretty different to other chicken alternatives on the market. I like to fry them with peppers and spices and chuck them in a tortilla wrap.
