Mozzarella alternative made with soya milk and coconut oil. It doesn’t get stretchy like traditional
mozzarella but still goes really well with various Italian dishes. I also like it that it’s not too salty. #februdairy

Really good alternative to buffalo mozzarella. Melts very easily. I think it would be more
suited to pizza or lasagne as it kind of has the texture of béchamel sauce once it’s melted. I had it on top of chilli but I much prefer the grated cheddar alternatives for that. Gunna try it in a meatless meatball sub next time.

Was a bit disappointing as it just melted to liquid and wasn’t really like Mozzarella
in taste or consistency. It was quite expensive too so I don’t think I will buy it again for pizza but maybe eat it raw in a salad with some tomatoes, basil and olive oil.
