I like this plant-based ground beef over a few of the other choices, especially the

"big two" plant-based ground beef choices because in my opinion, it does not have a weird aftertaste.

Found at our local supermarket on sale! Looks like ground meat and had a meaty

texture. Made a bolognese sauce with pasta and really enjoyed it. I might get this again to make Shepard’s pie.
