semolina and the sauce is cashew based.
I usually like the Chipotle flavor and this one is subtle and a good change for a meal

At about $6 it is up there for boxed mac but not unreasonable. Spouse likes
it better than Daiya. I ended up adding lime juice and smoked Tabasco sauce to bring out more of the chipotle flavor, as that was pretty mild out of the box. Definitely recommend reserving some pasta water to make the sauce creamier!

Not gonna lie, the smell really threw me off but it tasted a lot better!
The sauce was really thick so I added some plant milk to the overall dish and it wasnât bad. Wasnât that spicy maybe a little bland so I added some spices to make it taste better.
