Love these noodle substitutes and that they have some protein to them! Very filling. Only
downfall is the weird smell before rinsing for me but that’s with all shirataki noodles to my experience so far.

Love love love this company and all their products. Great alternative to semolina wheat and

I was scared that it would have a weird taste or texture, but it was
actually good. The texture wasn't too rubbery and it almost tasted like real pasta.
