Freedom Confectionery knows their stuff, and these "hot cocoa bombs" are not an exception. Drop them into a mug with some warmed milk in it and watch it transform into a steaming cup of hot chocolate with a generous helping of mini marshmallows. I like my hot cocoa a bit richer so I would add some chocolate or cocoa powder when making it.
