These are some of our favorite breakfast patties! They crisp up really nice on the
stove with just a little oil. Paired well with veggie hash and waffles!
I was looking for what I could use for dinner and came across these meatless
sausages from Hilary’s. Easy to prepare, just make sure to oil the pan beforehand. I found the texture soft and chewy like meat. Its taste was a combination of lentil and ‘meaty’. I didn’t find it so spicy, but thought it was pretty good. It has lots of healthy and interesting ingredients you likely wouldn’t expect in a meatless sausage burger: date paste, hemp seed, flaxseed (ground) and fennel seed (ground).
