This is not a familiar filling for a pastry roll and the kale seaweed is
no longer crispy, but it works.
It’s a very delightful savoury tasting snack, with the miso mushroom and kale seaweed packing a deep and dark flavourful punch.

There were really tasty and not dry at all, which is sometimes a problem with
vegan 'sausage' rolls. They had a strong mushroom flavour which I liked and I thought they were pretty original as they didn't use a meat substitute as the filling.

Exactly as the name suggests. It's not mushrooms made into fake meat but chopped up
mushrooms in pastry. very nice, a splice of Oriental and English pastry love.
