Higgidy Quiche

My mum can never say no to a good deal, so she bought this quiche

in the reduced section.

What a lovely surprise! I would definitely get it again. We warmed it up in the oven and it was delicious 🤤

I've really missed. Just make a vegan alternative to quiche Lorraine now and I'll be happy! This one was pretty good, the crust was great.

Spinach and roasted tomato vegan quiche. Really delicious but quite expensive.

✔️ flavoursome and densely packed mushroom filling with spinach quiche
👍 nice if served warm

✔️ not a typical quiche consistency but a real treat
👍 Porcini mushrooms have a powerful enough flavour to really make this a satisfying light meal

It was lovely, had mine with salad with apple Cider vinegar and some home made

humous. Can't wait to try the other varieties 😋
