Higgidy Quiche

My mum can never say no to a good deal, so she bought this quiche in the reduced section. What a lovely surprise! I would definitely get it again. We warmed it up in the oven and it was delicious 🤤

I'm so thankful to Higgidy for providing us with vegan quiche. Ready-made quiche is something I've really missed. Just make a vegan alternative to quiche Lorraine now and I'll be happy! This one was pretty good, the crust was great.

Spinach and roasted tomato vegan quiche. Really delicious but quite expensive. #veganisnotscary

✔️ flavoursome and densely packed mushroom filling with spinach quiche 👍 nice if served warm ✔️ not a typical quiche consistency but a real treat 👍 Porcini mushrooms have a powerful enough flavour to really make this a satisfying light meal ✔️ pastry has little seeds 👎 small size 👎 would have liked a crispier base 🛒 Boots

It was lovely, had mine with salad with apple Cider vinegar and some home made humous. Can't wait to try the other varieties 😋
