As I opened the bottle, the smokey scent hit me really hard! A few drops
is enough to anything you want to add. It doesn’t have that much taste, but worked well with my BBQ tofu. I will try making carrot bacons next.
It was 100 rand in Woolies. I thought it’s expensive, but if I only use a little at a time, it will last for quite a while.

Perfect to add a smokey taste to all your favorite vegan dishes, try vegan salmon
for example (thinly slice carrots and marinate with liquid smoke, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and Evo oil). Pretty strong flavor, only a few drops needed!
