Just bought this for my collard green, and for other stuff that I want to make, like for my tofu smoking taste.
As I opened the bottle, the smokey scent hit me really hard! A few drops is enough to anything you want to add. It doesn’t have that much taste, but worked well with my BBQ tofu. I will try making carrot bacons next. It was 100 rand in Woolies. I thought it’s expensive, but if I only use a little at a time, it will last for quite a while.
This is a great product to add to stews and casseroles. Adds that Smokey flavour.
The perfect option to season your plant-based burgers. 😍
