Bought this as there was a discount on it {£2.5 instead of £3.5). It was
pretty good. Easy to prepare, I added the piece to my fried rice. The right kind of chewiness and mild taste. A great option to add to anything. A great source of protein and a decent amount of iron. Not a lot of calories and they are low sugars and saturates. Will definitely buy again.

Texture was really "chicken like" , taste was nice but not spectacular so You
need to be creative with this. We added barley and roasted potatoes. Beautiful lunch ! #veganchicken
