Está muy bueno, huele mucho a pescado, pero de sabor no tanto. Los palitos de
pescado de heura tenían más sabor. Aún así están muy bien para de vez en cuando.

For those of you who miss fish fillets, this is for you! As soon as
the packaging is opened, the aroma of fish emerges, and continues through cooking, eating and lingering afterwards in the home.
The fillet has a definite fish taste, though I wouldn't say it is exactly hake/merluza. (I have to admit that summering in northwest Spain as a kid, an area famous for seafood, put thr bar high for any imitation 😆). The texture has a flaky effect and the coating cooks very nicely to a light crispiness. The ingredients list is longer than Heura's other products, however the nutrition is stellar! Swipe through to see the stats, including multiple vitamins and minerals.
That said, this product is way too realistic for me, which for me makes it unpleasant. If you really miss fish, go for it, but have your bank account ready: these go for 4,99€ for 2 pieces.

2 filetes rebozados a base de proteína de soja, con aceite de oliva. Es espectacular
el olor a mar y la consistencia que tienen. Muy ricos. Con un poco de veganesa y limón un especista es incapaz de distinguirlo de un animal asesinado y descuartizado. Fuente de #omega3 , vitaminas D y B12. El producto está refrigerado, pero es descongelado.
La pega es que es algo caro. Espero que aumente la demanda para que los precios se ajusten a todos los bolsillos.
