I bought this because my grocery store was out of beyond burgers. It was okay, but it tasted like beer to me? Definitely not my first choice but can work in a pinch.
It lacks a bit in flavour (you might need to use more than you'd anticipate in a recipe to get the taste you want), but quite nice nonetheless and very versatile.
Très bon goût et bonne texture ! On a fait comme sur la photo, de la farce pour les tomates et il n'en est pas resté une miette ! #groingroin
