It's a nice little banger, not sure if I cooked it too long but they were quite hard. Still tasty on a roll

These taste like the real deal. Excellent texture and they fry so nicely. Delicious as part of a full English breakfast or as is.
Quite satisfied with this product. Texture is good, taste is OK -- somewhat tries to mimic a porky flavor, not quite what I'm after. However, can see this being enjoyed in many circumstances with one's own flavours as desired.
