Delicious. We simply stir-fried and had it on rolls with mayo and rainbow slaw. Definitely recommend!

This shredded "this is not pulled pork" is delicious. It is easy and quick to prepare. I fried it with onions and exotic mushrooms and served it on home-baked naan bread. The texture is perfect. I would spice it a bit more than my usual salt and pepper. I will buy this again.
