you cut a few slits into it before lightly frying, it absorbes the moisture well #ashers

I didn't like the flavor of this boerewors. It's very dry and not spiced enough.

However, with some sauce it's not too bad and the protein quantity makes up for a lot of it. I really like this small company, it may just be that I'm not big into seitan.
