Parmigiana style 'cheese' just elevates a pasta dish. Tasty but has a strong flavour, so less is more.

A really convenient cheesey sprinkle for those pasta dishes. I also made some basil pesto with this which came out really nicely.
This was convenient , was quite delicious on toast with wilted spinach and roasted cherry tomatoes but wouldn’t say it’s my favourite cheese
