A really good dish although I have no idea why the pasta is called Catalan or Rigatoni (what I actually got were Tortiglioni, I think)😄 Anyway, the sauce was delicious, made of lots of almonds, yellow pepper from the oven, tomato, garlic, and vegetable broth.
