It's not a flavour I'd usually go for; figured it'd be doused in spices and marinade, but it was balanced SO well. Not half as messy as I thought it would be, and just the right amount of dry mango powder for that tang.
Sniffing it is dangerous business and even more so if you toast a few slices. It smells like a North Indian restaurant when the food's approaching. 🧅 It would be great in a roll/wrap/with dips, but it's perfect as is and hard to make it last longer. I just cut the thing open and nibbled through a block (or two).
No regrets.
Three small blocks of it in one pack. It's pricy compared to their other flavours, but definitely worth a try. And your money and support goes to a vegan and ethical business. Handcrafted, fresh tofu.
