It's flax seeds 🤷🏽‍♀️ Super healthy when grinded and soaked with overnight oats. #veganin2020

Very useful for baking. Doesn’t taste like much. Healthy for the bakes.

These brown linseeds (also known as flaxseeds) are very healthy and versatile. I use them

on oats, salads, and pasta, amongst other things. They also last long, a pack usually lasts me a month. The only thing I don't like about this particular brand, is the plastic packaging. I would definitely like the brand more if they used a more environmentally friendly package. Tip: to get the full nutritional benefits of the seeds, either grind them beforehand, or make sure you chew them thoroughly. When they're whole, your body doesn't absorb all the nutrients. Fun fact: I planted a few of these seeds, and they actually sprouted! I can't wait for my own seeds to start growing on the plant!

Half a kilo of brown linseeds in 100% recyclable packaging. A great source of fibre

— perfect as an addition to smoothies, oatmeal or over a salad.

These are actually flaxseeds which is a great alternative to eggs in baking.
