Blackstrap Molasses

I take a teaspoon of this every morning for my thyroid. I stopped my

eltroxin medicine as it was making me sick and have now tried to control my thyroid without medicine. The only downfall is that it tastes terrible.

Gave it 1 ★ for taste because honestly this is quite vile. But that's just

what Black strap molasses tastes like so it just personal preference.

Not very fond of the taste but it's a great source for calcium and magnesium

so always make sure to take a spoonful every day. #greyton

A little goes a long was with this molasses. Great on toast with peanut butter,

banana and a sprinkling of chia seeds.

I use this for baking. Predominantly my vegan ginger biscuits 😊
