It works great to mix it with herbs and onions, or cucumbers and garlic (for tzatziki for example), and it works also great for sweet things. I simply mixed it with fruits... This quark is made from coconut (no, it has no coconut taste!), almond protein, tapioca starch, fava bean protein.
