This candle smells just like incense. A gorgeous, aromatic, earthy, woody, and ever so slightly
musty scent which fills the whole room. I imagine yoga and meditation when I smell this fragrance. Perfect for an evening of relaxation but also ideal for restoring peace during the day. One of my all time favourites. A great choice if you’re buying online and haven’t had a chance to smell the candle in person as it smells exactly as it’s described.
As a whole, Harper’s Candles are an amazing small business. They’re vegan, cruelty-free and they state that their candles are made from sustainable soy-wax. A lot of vegan candles on the market are very expensive so I appreciate that Harper’s Candles make wonderfully scented products for a fraction of the cost while championing their cause.
If you check out their website, you get a real sense of their enthusiasm, from the puns, playful product descriptions, and the sections like, ‘Harper’s Experiments’ and ‘Just Because We Can,’ for candles they’ve been trying out and old favourites that are brought back every once in a while. The ‘About’, ‘FAQ’ and ‘Charities’ sections detail their passion for animal adoption and support for various animal rescue charities.
