Another great option for a firm tofu in the supermarket. Needs draining, but didn’t feel the need to press it.

A nice firm tofu. Nice for cooking and other stuff.
Really impressed. It was my first time trying this brand as my usual was of out of stock. Although not organic, the texture was great and really firm to fry up, went nice and crispy :)
