I have never tasted merguez, so I can’t really compare this product to the original.
I thought they were a nice sausages, a bit spicy which I liked.
Doesn't taste anything like Merguez, in neither flavor nor texture. It smells okay when it's
cooked. I was hoping it would be quite good since it's expensive and quite oily, but is really just whatever.
