We got this dessert in the November plant curious box. Although the instructions were for

a microwave (we don’t have one), we just thawed it in our #airfryer which worked fine. I liked the taste of the cake. The #chocolatechips were my favourite. I made the mistake of looking at the nutritional information afterwards though… it was meant to serve 2 & each portion was 20g of fat and a lot of calories 🙀

Another fantastic product from my Plant Curious box. Totally rich, decadent, indulgent and healthy.

Keeps frozen and then pop into the microwave. I served it to friends only one of whom (unfortunately) is vegan and everyone was swooning! Would definitely buy this again.
