It's a new product aiming to mimick smoked salmon. The texture is ok, a bit
"gelatinous" but not unpleasant. You taste more the smoked part than the salmon one, but it's nice cold and cooked. Good price.

I'm so impressed with vegan smoked salmon. I was a huge fan of smoked salmon
before and it's so nice being able to eat something equally pleasant but minus the horror. This is a fine alternative, very thinly sliced but the flavours are just right. This one has pepper around the edges, yum!
