Veggie ground original - Haché végé

This makes an exceptionally good shepherds pie - no shepherd or 🐑 required! Good texture is all you need with mince really as all the sumptuous flavour can come from the veggies & broth surrounding it.

This product is kind of reminiscent of the OG Yves ground. I’m not 100% certain if it’s flavour since I didn’t try it on its own, but in a pasta sauce, it worked nicely. 👍🏼 🍝

Pas mal. On n’a pas fait de boulettes avec, mais c’était très bon dans une bonne lasagne « à la viande ».

Texture intéressante, un peu moins salé que leurs autres produits.
