I really like this cheese, although it is a little crumbly! I like how it melts, and has a semi gooey consistency. I can def tell it is vegan, but for the price is is great. I used it on top of my focaccia bread. Swipe left to see👍🏽 #veganin2020 #veganisnotscary #vegancheese
