I've tried a lot of vegan sausage and imo nothing beat Gusta, especially the Italiana one! It's my favorite and I put them in every non vegan recipe that require sausage : Tofu scrambled with sausage, Maple rice and sausage casserole etc. I can't help, sometimes I eat small bites raw from the package because it is too good 😅 The compagny is also from Québec #localbusiness 😊
It’s good with rice. My family who eats meats loved it to and they totally approve!
Good value for the quantity and quality. Tastes similar to the Beyond Meat sausage but just smaller in size.
