I love a tomatillo salsa and I love avocados 🥑 so this is up my alley! I’ve had similar salsas before but not for some time. This guacasalsa is definitely tomatillo forward. The flavor is very fresh and tasty but it lacks seasoning/spice. The texture is good; it is not watery but it’s not thick like guacamole; it’s right in between. I think this would work well in applications where the other components or component are already seasoned well and this would just be a fresh addition.
