Crumbly biscuit base (that happens to be gluten free but tastes none

the worse for it) topped with a thick smooth layer of vanilla coconut cream (the 🥥 taste is subtle) finished with a lovely layer of strawberry & rhubarb compote. I couldn't really taste the rhubarb but the strawberry taste is delicious. 🍓🍓🍓
A bit expensive at £3.50 for 2, but often on offer for £2.50 @ Tesco's.
I love that all the packaging is recyclable & the glass ramekins are v handy to keep & reuse. 👍

A delicious vegan cheesecake. I comes in lovely glass containers which can be reused for

other purposes afterwards. This strawberry & rhubarb flavour was delicious, although the rhubarb taste was not overpowering, just perfect. I’ve also tried the Chocolate & vanilla cheesecake flavour as well but forgot to take a pic. Either way, if you’re a cheesecake love...this is for you! The price is expensive at £3.50 for a 2-pack but I got these on offer for £2.50 🍓 🌱
