🇺🇸Great to be in the land of GT’s Synergy and have #kombucha as much as I like. 😃 These GT’s Alive version were on sale so I decided to give them a go. This has ancient #mushrooms 🍄🟫with #adaptogen that are supposed to give you natural energy, benefit your mental health 🧠and balance your mood. It had a taste of cola for sure but then also a bit of apple 🍎cider vinegar. I’m used to that I guess and it was fun for me. It’s based on🫖 #blacktea. I’m not sure I’d get it again. One time buy. The addition of black pepper ruins this, treated me to extended heartburn. Hurt my throat every swallow. Ingredients are #organic even the salt apparently which made me laugh. Erythritol plus stevia is becoming common, I'm gonna stay away from that. The mushrooms are the prominent feature but I question how much benefit they are in such a processed mixture. Like the glass bottle but plastic cap is dumb.
It definitely smells and somewhat tastes like coca cola but it does have a gingery spice aftertaste. I do reccomend trying it though! <3
GT’s makes some of my #favourite #kombucha flavours of all time and this one is nice too. It’s sweetened with #stevia and has a blend of #mushrooms. Found it at the Lifestyles Market.
