Beet Burgers

I was surprised that Coop had their own line of plant based products when I

visited a bigger store.
As a foodie I ended up getting the Coop GRO Plant base eating Beet Burgers which I put down twice because it had lentils in it.
In the end I got it anyway and I was really glad I got it.
The texture was really nice and when you bite in it, there are chunks of beets and onions so it won't be too dry.
There were not too many lentils in the burger which was good because I find them distracting but overall it was really tasty that I went back for more.

First thing to know is they these taste NOTHING like beetroot which for this gal

is a huge plus! Yum!! They are very tasty fried in a lil olive oil, they emit no juice so don’t get excited about that, but they are truly yummy. Pictured here IN ACTION.

Nice but not life-changing. Nice flavour and good texture but could've used something that makes

it stand out more.

These were really good but still they're pretty expensive
