I think my wife was on a mission to get me to like grits, and she finally succeeded with this meal. I've tried grits once or twice by itself and did not understand the appeal. @anistavrou told me you must "eat it with other things" as a big breakfast or as "cheese grits" 🤪 So she made me this breakfast with Beyond Meat breakfast sausage, Smart Bacon, toast and v butter. It was really good! She used Follow Your Heart for the cheese grits and that was nice too.
