I really love this! It’s an Italian cheese substitute that’s actually hard and dry! A
lot of other Parmesan replacements taste good but don’t have that lovely iconic dryness (which is better than it sounds). Not tried actually cooking with it yet but it’s great sprinkled on all sorts of dishes (and on toast with some Italian herbs and butter 😳). I really like it!
