Good stuff! Very easy to prepare and tasty. I used it in combination with the chili sin carne. You could probably make meat balls with this stuff as well. #mincemeat #greenforce

Easy, fast and tasty! Being an Italian cooking a good tomato sauce in a campervan is a serious thing! Those "fusilli bolognese" were ammmazing...they're gone already! 😋 From sjællend odde is all.

I wasn't sure about this and I am still not. After pan frying it, it lost lots of the texture when I put it in the sauce. And it's very salty. I used no salt at all (not for the sauce, nor the pasta) and it was still quite salty. But it's quite handy to have it in a pantry.

I love this product - the taste is very good and the texture, too (although you must "dry" pan fry the mixture if you want a "mince" texture). If you buy the greenforce products in bulk online, especially when they have special offers, they are also pretty cheap.

Delicious vegan pea protein-based dry mix for ground "meat". All you have to do is add cold water, mix it, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes and then use it in your favourite ground meat dishes like lasagna, bolognese etc. It isn't that much seasoned on its own but you can add any spices you want and it has a great, authentic texture.
