Beim Kochen achte ich sehr darauf auf Öl zu verzichten.
Leider ist mir beim

Kauf nicht aufgefallen, dass diese Steaks aus Rapsöl und somit zu 25% aus Fett bestehen.
Dieses tritt beim braten auch reichlich aus.

Von der Konsistenz ist es wie eine Frikadelle, welche nicht richtig zusammen hält. Also eher ein veganes Hack Steak.
Von der Struktur kann man es nicht ansatzweise mit einem Steak vergleichen.
Dafür kann es geschmacklich Punkten. Das Steak ist wirklich sehr gut gewürzt. Insbesondere die Zwiebeln und den Pfeffer kann man gut heraus schmecken.

Wasn't expecting much, but was really tasty. Good texture too. Soft but with a bite.
