85% is high, but this par is not bitter. To me, it’s just the right taste.
So good chocolate bar! I am a chocolate lover and this is one of the best I tried. Of course it’s very bitter, it’s 85 per cent of cacao, but I like it for that! Rich and intense flavour! It’s divided in small squares so very easy to portion. Also organic . Recommended but not for everyone.
A really good quality chocolate. This one is 85% dark so can get a little too rich. Luckily they made it into small little blocks which makes it easier to eat as a small portion is enough to satisfy. A really good post and light sweet treat after meal!
