I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from a freezer meal from Walmart but this

was actually pretty good! Very mild taste so you can add extra spices or sauces if you wanted. Besides the sodium content, I was actually pretty impressed with the ingredients list. The falafel definitely isn’t the best but for $3.97 - this was a very quick and filling meal from the grocery store. I’d probably buy this again for lunches.

Also note that while the front packaging boasts that it’s vegan, it’s not certified vegan and the back suggests that it may contain milk, eggs and seafood.

Pretty blan on flavour, but great texture and price and of course the nutritional value

is great! Could easily spruce this up with some hot sauce or tzatziki

Overall just kinda… meh? Their was nothing wrong per day with it, and I like

that larger brands like Walmart are supplying more and more vegan options but I don’t know. I wasn’t really wowed? I dunno I think if it had more seasoning it would be great

Jam packed with lots of great stuff. Maybe a bit too much. The falafels were

excellent! I found the rest a little dry and the grain and beans a bit excessive but overall it is very filling
